I had a wonderful experience at Crowne. The location is fantastic with a beautiful ocean view, and the room was clean and quiet, perfect for my needs. The front desk staff made check-in a breeze, and the room service was absolutely outstanding. However, I did encounter a big issue with noise from a wedding reception, and my room wasn't quite as clean as I'd hoped. Overall, I would absolutely return for both business and pleasure.

I had to find a place to stay on short notice, and the Crowne Plaza came to the rescue with a clean room that, while a bit dated, had comfortable beds. The staff were incredibly friendly, but my experience was overshadowed by rowdy guests and noise disturbances during the night. It made my stay far from relaxing, even though I could see potential if I were there for a vacation instead of an emergency.

I had a rough experience at this hotel, exacerbated by unforeseen circumstances with a hurricane. The location was great, right on the beach, but the condition of the hotel left much to be desired. Some rooms need serious attention, and the communication from staff was very lacking. On a positive note, the hotel is making efforts to improve, and the fitness area was a nice touch. However, I wouldn't recommend staying here without significant improvements in service and room conditions.
